- Service Delivery Officer - Central Government / Public Sector Project
- Remote working (due to current climate).
- 4 Months (Initially but could be extended)
- *Inside IR35* - £300-£400
I am currently looking to recruit Service Delivery Officer to join a government role and to work on a digital transformation project.
The team is composed of Scientific Advisors and Project Management resources who support the scientific team.
As a Service Delivery Officer you will responsibilities will be:
- Work within a small team that supports several functions within the programme.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Being accountable for stakeholder communication and oversee and respond to stakeholder queries and applications
- Assist in the provision of requested reports, reviews, and correspondence, etc.
- Develop and maintain accurate and reliable management reporting information and performance monitoring systems. Produce regular reports.
- When required coordinate meetings, act as note taker and keep action and decision logs.
- To have day to day operational responsibility for the delivery of services within the contract, ensuring compliance with the required outcomes of the audit systems.
- Continuously review service delivery and working practices to ensure highest quality
- To ensure that all service defects are rectified within the appropriate time scales and that action is followed up for continual failures and trends.
- Assist as required with the monitoring and control of financial aspects of the programme.
- Role model our organizational values (PRAISE), embedding these throughout your practice.
- Ensure professional quality of service delivery
The role will suit a Service Delivery Officer who has experience in:
- Great knowledge of JIRA
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to analyse and processing data
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Strong customer focus and ability to drive a culture of customer excellence
- To be able to communicate effectively with peers and senior managers.
- Flexible approach in fast pace and changing environment
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Confident project support skills
- Attention to detail
- Work with Service Delivery Managers to implement and monitor CI techniques and practices
- Support the implementation of operational delivery plans
- Experience in a clinical background would be advantageous but not essential.
