Service Desk Analyst (Italian and UK)

Onsite/hybrid (2 days in the office, Prague)

Start Date: 15/7/24

End Date: 14/10/24 (with a possibility of extension until the end of 2024)

Rate: €100 – €158

We’re looking for a highly skilled and customer-oriented Service Desk Analyst proficient in both English and Italian.

As a Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be responsible for efficiently supporting end-users, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a positive user experience. Your role will involve supporting three different Italian and UK Business Units to maintain delivery SLAs and meet key KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and a basic understanding of office applications:

  • Azure Active Directory (AD)
  • 1st-level IT support.
