Job Description

1st Line Support Engineer (IT Help Desk)

Rate £100 circa

Start: Immediately

Contract: 3 Months (Potential to be made permanent)

Role

  • Onsite 1st line support engineer you will be the single point of contact for customers completing system related incidents, service requests and solving as many incidents at first contact as possible

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first line support for incidents and service requests relating to the company's systems
  • Manage the lifecycle of incidents and service requests, record accurately and ensure prioritisation

Requirements

  • 2 Years' experience in a first line role
  • Must Drive
  • Experience working in an ITIL environment
  • Experience of using VM machines
  • McAfee antivirus software
  • Windows 7 and 10 experience
