Service Desk Manager £450 per day INSIDE IR35 - Oldham
I am currently looking for an experienced Service Desk Manager to help support a large organisation going through change over the next 12 months.
Role Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing the Service Desk
- Problem and incident management
- Knowledge management
- Producing monthly reports for executives
- Building relationships with wider teams
Experience Required:
- Previous experience of managing a service desk and a team up to 15 people
- Strong experience managing major incidents
- Ability to implement best practises for service desk
- Excellent reporting skills
- Customer communication skills
