Experienced IT Service Desk Manager is needed to work for a company based in Bath.
They are going through some impressive growth and will be looking to grow the Service Desk team which you will help orchestrate.
High-level overview of the role:
- Managing a customer facing team of 1st and 2nd line supports analysts
- Prioritise incidents and service request queues
- ITSM Processes
- Service levels
- ITSM Tools
- Information Security best practice
It you have the above experience along with:
- Experience supporting end users in Office 365
- Knowledge of Office 365
- Exposure to AD and group polices
