Service Desk Manager - Office 365

Experienced IT Service Desk Manager is needed to work for a company based in Bath.

They are going through some impressive growth and will be looking to grow the Service Desk team which you will help orchestrate.

High-level overview of the role:

  • Managing a customer facing team of 1st and 2nd line supports analysts
  • Prioritise incidents and service request queues
  • ITSM Processes
  • Service levels
  • ITSM Tools
  • Information Security best practice

It you have the above experience along with:

  • Experience supporting end users in Office 365
  • Knowledge of Office 365
  • Exposure to AD and group polices
