Service Desk Team Lead

You will use your skills in a wide range of technologies including:
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012 R2 and 2016 (virtual/physical)
- Windows 10
- Microsoft Teams
- VEEAM Backup and Replication
- LAN Networking - Wired and wireless (Meraki, Cisco, Dell, HP)
- Dell Server Hardware (iDrac)
Experience of the below is advantageous, but otherwiuse you will be given training in:
- ITIL Foundation
- MS Exchange
- ServiceNow ITSM
- MCSA: 2012 / MCSA 2016
- CCENT / CCNA
- CompTIA A+ / CompTIA N+

You will be passionate about software development and technology, looking to move somewhere that offers training and progression. Prior experience of service desk team lead duties formally or informally is a plus but not a requirement.
