Service Desk Team Leader
Service Desk Team Leader required to work for a growing company based in Warrington. This role will be a mix of home working and office based which is in Warrington City Centre.
You'll work with a collaborative leadership team, who will support you in career progression and learning technical skills along the way as they explore their estate into cloud/Azure.
- Proven Leadership skills
- Understanding of a busy IT Service Desk and act as escalation point for 1st line
- Experience with Windows 10 / O365 / Active Directory / Server
- Exposure to ServiceNow
- Strong mentoring and coaching abilities
