Job Description
This role is joining an organisation right at the beginning of a major overhaul of existing processes and implementation of ServiceNow. This is a global project and this role will exist in the heart of the overall agenda
- You will be leading the discovery and analysis of current service management process and procedures
- Ultimately managing the process of designing and implement best in class IT service standards and processes that will be adopted globally
- Working closely with Transformation Project Managers on obstacles and initiatives
- Working closely with global hubs on cost reduction and service improvement opportunities
Experience of similar projects and implementation of ServiceNow would be a huge benefit
