About the Role

I am currently working with a fantastic start-up company based in Glastonbury who are looking for a Spanish speaking, customer experience expert to join their friendly team! You will be passionate about delivering an exceptional customer service offer, understand that only amazing will do and be adept at dealing with complaints when they get things wrong. You must be empathetic, calm and an expert at building rapport. Product knowledge excellence is a must as you will spend a lot of time guiding customers in the right direction, answering queries and helping our clients make the right choice. They will come to you for all the answers, so you will be keen to learn about the ever-changing industry and products.

A customer service background is ideal, or a high touch point service environment such as retail or hospitality, or any other background that proves you are passionate about your clients. You will be a native European language speaker (Spanish) and can offer your services in both your mother tongue and English. You love working in a fast-paced environment and you thrive on the idea of being part of a company that is about to take the country by storm!

What you'll be doing

You will be dealing with customer calls and queries from both UK based and Spanish customers, ensuring they have the information they need about the clients product. You will manage issues and complaints, ensuring the customer is satisfied whilst considering company processes and dealing with any problems with empathy and care. You will do all of this whilst supporting the team to deliver on KPI's such as abandon rate, time to answer and satisfaction.

Experience required;

  • Previous experience in a high touch service environment
  • European language (Native) - Spanish
  • Ability to deal with multiple priorities
  • Great organisational skills
  • Background of customer conflict resolution
  • Selling skills
  • A resilient personality with great rapport building skills
