Dynamics CRM Support Consultant required to assist a major organisation who are driving business improvements through effective use of their recently upgraded MS Dynamics CRM (D365)
You will support CRM users both in a 1st / 2nd line support capacity as well as working on larger scale CRM BAU projects such as customisation and configuration of the system. Translating requirements into documentation that can be utilised by the IT development team or third party suppliers.
- Solid MS Dynamics CRM / D365 experience
- CRM QA
- CRM Troubleshooting
- Helpdesk experience
- Supporting users
Contract duration: 6 months (outside of IR35)
