Technical Services Lead (IT Manager)

Are you an experienced Technical IT Manager with specific expertise within the IT Service desk management, digital transformation and cloud technology space? My customer is looking to appoint an interim for an initial 3 - 6 month period. This role is outside or IR35.
The role:
- IT Manager
- Service Desk support and management - hands on
- Cloud technologies
- Supporting digital Transformation and ICT projects
- Managing core IT Vendors that provide user support, systems management as well as other services
- Work with vendor delivery partners to meet and exceed expectations of services
- Make recommendations on improvements of services and support processes to enhance value to the business
Experienced needed:
- NHS experience is highly desirable
- Service desk background
- Extensive knowledge of ITIL (V3)
- Project Experience
- Knowledge of 111, 999, Adastra, EMIS and other NHS systems is preferable
