We’re partnering with a forward-thinking Police force that’s revolutionising policing across three counties in the Midlands.
The goal is to build an inclusive workforce that drives innovation and positive change in the communities they serve and beyond. To do this we’re seeking talented individuals like you to join our Command and Control Technical Team as a Technical Specialist.
In this role, you’ll play a vital part in shaping the technological landscape of the force. As a key member of the Specialist Technical Support Team, you’ll be instrumental in delivering best in class customer service and ensuring an efficient, effective end-to-end ICT service.
What You’ll Bring and to excel in this role, you should possess:

Proven experience in application support

Strong knowledge of Windows Server and VMware
-
Expertise in M365
-
Proficiency in ITIL incident and change management
While not essential, we’d love to see experience in the following areas:

Supporting critical operating systems
-
Network and telephony management
-
Database support
-
Azure Virtual Desktop
-
Cybersecurity, especially within Policing or Emergency Service environments
