As Technical Support you will be part of a publicly significant transformation programme, delivering a wide range of new technologies across a large enterprise environment.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to an efficient and effective ICT service, as well as providing a high level of technical support across the department to both internal customers and 3rd party suppliers.
Innovation is key in ensuring you are offering the best level of service by contributing to the design and build of our clients infrastructure solutions; Active Directory Domain Services, VMware vSphere, Azure and Microsoft 365.
You will have experience providing level 4 technical support and carrying out appropriate customer problem solving activities. You can diagnose faults within technical systems and take appropriate action, escalate ensuring proper recording, investigation and identification. It is important that you are hands on, gaining knowledge and expertise as a result. A positive 'can do' attitude and flexibility will be part of your person.
