Transition Manager - Contact Centre


Contract - Initial 6 months

£550 - £600 p/d

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Transition Manager to develop, take ownership of and regularly review a robust transition plan. The organisation is currently going through a new procurement process. You will proactively lead the change and implementation activities, manage the impact of change on service transition and play a leading role in stakeholder management and project communications of choosing new venders.

Skills required:

  • Public Sector experience proven track record of transition projects
  • Contact centre transition experience
  • Handover experience within projects into operation
  • Ensuring compliance of business services, change management skills and communication skills
  • Identify and analysing improvements, implementation and prioritising
  • Exposure to "model office" and how they are set up
  • Business continuity process
  • Stakeholder management skills - strong personality
  • An in depth understanding of service transition methodology, tools and templates
