Youth unemployment is on the rise and for some young people the prospect of finding meaningful employment seems impossible.
Through our charity Talent RISE you’ll have the opportunity to work with vulnerable young people and help connect them with meaningful work experience, access training and provide vital mentoring.

Europe
Lisa is the driving force behind our European team, based out of central Berlin, Lisa leads a diverse team of consultants helping some of Europe’s coolest startups scale and is also founder and chair of the DEI Roundtable community.
Rachel Iles
UK Public Sector
Rachel leads our Public Sector Recruitment and Talent Consulting teams. Our Public Sector team has enjoyed record sales levels year-on-year since we launched the brands 5 years ago. A highly experienced recruiter and team leader, what Rachel doesn’t know about Public Sector sourcing isn’t worth knowing.
