Whether it’s live or online, events play a big part in how we connect with our candidates, clients and wider community. At Talent, we like to think that we know a lot about recruitment, HR and technology – but we don’t know everything! Events are a great way for us to increase and update our our knowledge and understanding of the industry and topics that are important in our world.

Each summer Talent is proud to sponsor the ADHD National Conference. We are all Neurodiverse to some extent but roughly 1-5 people globally recognise themselves as being Neurodivergent. It is a topic often overlooked during the recruitment process but is of particular importance to those working in technology and software development where the representation of people diagnosed with autism or ADHA tend to be much higher.
We are proud to support the conference and have the opportunity to speak at event about our experiences of not only creating a more inclusive and supportive work environment but also the benefits that diverse thinking can bring to organisations. Rising up to tackle youth unemployment
Every Autumn our entire UK & European team down tools for an entire day to raise money for RISE UP our dedicated charity which helps young people, especially those facing barriers to employment, to access and succeed in life-changing career-related opportunities. Youth unemployment remains at record levels across both the UK & Europe and we hope to use our position as recruiters to impact the lives of hundreds of marginalised young people.
Last year our teams swam, climbed, hiked and ran their way to a fundraising total of over £59,000 to help support RISE UP.
