An independent market-research firm specializing in high-quality insights and regulatory support for the medical technology industry. They service clients throughout the full product lifecycle from early concept testing to post-market clinical data collection. The team brings extensive experience across medical devices, digital healthcare, drug delivery, precision medicine, and diagnostics.
They have been going through a period of growth and are now looking for a Senior Research Executive to join the team. This is a mixed methods role that would suit a candidate with 2-3 years experience working for an agency in the healthcare/pharmaceutical sectors.
The Role
- Contribute to all phases of qualitative and quantitative research projects, including material design, day-to-day fieldwork management, client updates, and primary data analysis (quant data processing/coding; qual outsourced or in-house content analysis).
- Support report writing, attend client presentations, and occasionally travel within the UK, Europe, and the USA to observe or manage fieldwork.
- Assist in proposal development by shaping methodologies, selecting fieldwork partners, preparing cost sheets, requesting quotes, and drafting proposal documents.
- Participate in business development activities, helping identify opportunities and support client-facing initiatives as needed.
- Take on selected office management responsibilities to support smooth operational delivery across the team.
The Candidate:
- 2-3 years of experience in healthcare market research with a solid understanding of the full research process.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end, delivering high-quality work on time.
- Confident working with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Skilled in analysing, interpreting, and presenting data accurately across multiple formats, with strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
- Strong communicator, ideally London-based or able to work from the office at least 2-3 days per week.
