I am currently recruiting on behalf of Chelsea Football Club, a leading Premier League Football Club in Fulham, West London, for support on Matchdays.

Chelsea Football Club will be introducing digital ticketing, replacing all types of physical tickets for home matches at Stamford Bridge.

It is our ambition to support as many fans as possible with the transition to digital ticketing for an improved, all-round experience. With this in mind, we require Matchday Support staff to help support fans with the implementation of this, with main responsibilities being:

  • Undertaking training to understand the new digital ticketing processes and system.
  • Being a point of contact for supporters on a matchday, and to assist with any enquiries that they may have.
  • Understanding the necessary steps to transferring to digital ticketing and educating supporters on how to undertake this.
  • Elevating any digital ticketing issues to the appropriate people.
  • Being a friendly face for supporters and assisting with wayfinding and general matchday enquiries.

As a Brand Ambassador, you may have the opportunity to gain increased exposure to other matchday activations and opportunities as the season progresses.

We are looking to engage with those who are friendly and approachable to support and assist people when needed.

You will be also need:

  • Demonstrable experience in dealing with clients/customers/supporters from various backgrounds and cultures.
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure.
  • Confident and effective communicator.
  • Team player who is enthusiastic and positive.
