Day to Day

Day to day management of the project’s resources to ensure tasks are implemented on time, on budget and to the required scope and quality

Management of the production of the project’s products

Timely and proactive decision making to ensure the project meets its objectives. Accountable for initiating escalation where necessary

Manage dependencies internally within the project, and liaise with dependent projects

Manage resource plans and control / forecast financial spend against the budget.

Manage day to day communications with the project team and suppliers.

Conduct end-project evaluation and ensure lessons learned are integrated into the project.
