We are currently looking for a skilled Programme Manager to join our team on a 12 month contract, playing a pivotal role in overseeing and delivering a large-scale transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Programme Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving change initiatives, ensuring successful transformation outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and champion organisational change, fostering a culture of innovation and agility.
- Manage change across the programme, ensuring relevant governance requirements are met and support any emergent changes as a result of business transformation.
- Apply strong commercial awareness to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget constraints while maximizing value for the organization.
- Effectively manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations.
Skills:
- Proven track record as a Programme Manager, successfully delivering large-scale transformations.
- Strong background in change management, with a focus on achieving organisational objectives.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and optimising resources.
- Expertise in vendor and supplier management, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of public sector practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
