          Product Owner

          • £50,000.00 - 60,000.00 per year

          Job Description:

          Product Manager / Product Owner

Health & Fitness Apps | Consumer Products

London, London Bridge (4 days per week in office)

          £50,000 - £60,000 base + 100% bonus tied to monetisation

          Full-time | 9:00-5:30

          The Role

We're working with a fast-growing consumer startup building a portfolio of health and fitness apps. They're looking for a hands-on Product Manager / Product Owner who has a passion about Design or has a Design background. Is obsessed with users, retention, and building better products through constant iteration.

This is a doer role, not a purely strategic one. You'll sit at the centre of the product, owning what gets built, why it gets built, and how quickly it gets into users' hands.

You don't need years of experience managing teams but you do need energy, curiosity, strong work ethic, and a willingness to roll your sleeves up.

          What You'll Be Doing

          Product & Prioritisation

          • Owning and maintaining the product roadmap across multiple consumer apps
          • Keeping Jira organised and up to date (even when things move fast and plans change)
          • Translating user feedback directly into priorities and output

          Users First (Non-Negotiable)

          • Speaking directly with users from day one
          • Personally responding to user feedback emails to deeply understand problems
          • Turning insights into experiments, features, and improvements within your first 30 days

          Hands-On Contribution

          Depending on your background:

          • Design: Creating screens, flows, experiments and concepts (Figma / prototyping)
          • Development: Helping build and ship features, fixing bugs when needed
          • This is about getting output over the line, not just writing tickets.

          Data & Insight

          • Using tools like Mixpanel to understand behaviour and test assumptions
          • Making data-informed prioritisation decisions
          • Brainstorming and contributing ideas that improve product performance

          What We're Looking For

          • 1-2+ years' experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role
          • Background or exposure to design
          • Experience working within a product team and understanding how good product delivery works
          • Strong organisational and communication skills
          • Interest in health, fitness, or consumer apps
          • Self-starter mindset hungry, high work ethic

          The Environment

          • Fast-moving startup
          • High ownership and accountability
          • Everyone contributes hands-on
          • Strong focus on output, speed, and continuous improvement
