Welcome to Talent
We are on a mission to redefine recruitment by creating amazing customer and candidate experiences driven by a genuine desire to build long term relationships and outcomes.
Our vision and ambition are unique. We're committed to creating the most rewarding experiences for our customers, clients, colleagues and community. We break from the pack with unprecedented year-on-year growth, 27 industry awards in the past 10 years and world-class employee engagement levels.
We're also proud to be the only recruitment business on Gallup's Global Best Workplaces list. That's what sets us apart from the rest.
This is only part of our story; we measure our success and achievements on more than financial performance. It's about the impact, legacy and the change we create.
This means taking the lead on driving positive social change, finding creative solutions to help our clients, transforming the contractor experience and investing 50% of our profits into innovation.
We are determined to help drive our industry forward – whether it's support for the startup sector, standards of customer service in recruitment, or unacceptable levels of youth unemployment. We challenge the status quo.
We launched Talent with the belief that we could create a company that went beyond the normal boundaries of compassion and care for people. Our desire to give back to our community goes beyond programs and initiatives, we walk the talk.
Every year on 4th September we celebrate Talent's birthday by encouraging our global teams to stop their day-to-day work and give back to their local communities. This could be in the form of volunteering for a local charity or using their skills as consultants to help coach and mentor young people through our charity foundation Talent RISE. Over the years, our team has volunteered over 50,000 hours to giving back to charities and community projects. We have renovated schools and playgrounds, volunteered at homeless shelters and supported other charities such as The Big Issue and Help for Heros. The impact of this has been felt, not just by the communities and charities involved but by our team as a whole. You can keep up-to-date on next year's Talent Day by following us on social media.
Our charity foundation Talent RISE creates career pathways in technology for young people who often find their opportunities limited through issues connect to social injustice or institutionalised prejudice or discrimination.
So far, with the help of our clients and contractors, we have helped find meaningful employment for over 100 young people who were facing barriers to employment and over 500 have attended Talent RISE workshops.
Whether you are a Hiring Manager or contractor, through Talent RISE you can join us in helping to transform a young person's future. Find out more and how you can get involved by visiting www.talentrise.org
