Our Northwest based, consultancy client are currently seeking 2 skilled Contract Data Analysts to join their team, specialising within CSDM/CMDB data.

The role is an initial 8 months with a possible extension. The budget for this role is £400 per day, outside IR35. The role is remote for the most part, however fortnightly visits to the Northwest based office would be required.

Key Responsibilties:

Supporting Design Team Operations:

Assist the design team in interim operational management of CSDM/CMDB data.

Fulfill requests to change data, model and update Business Services, Application Services, Technical Services/Offerings data.

Data Quality Governance:

Liaise and engage across functions to support teams in validating, policing, and governing data quality.

Collaborate with various teams to ensure data quality standards are maintained.

Business Requirements Analysis:

Analyze and understand business use and process requirements of CSDM/CMDB data.

Identify business requirements and opportunities to improve and extend current datasets.

Data Management Support:

Assist in data collection, migration, and mapping activities.

Support Infrastructure, Platform, Cybersecurity, and local teams in building federated ownership of data and managing certain data changes.

Standard CSDM Model Adoption:

Ensure the adoption of a standard CSDM model across the business/service delivery lifecycle.

Business Services Portfolio:

Support the establishment of Business Services and the Business Services Portfolio/Taxonomy.

BAU Service Configuration Management:

Assist in the definition and build of Business as Usual (BAU) Service Configuration Management capability and associated processes.

Service Mapping Development:

Support the emerging development of top-down Service Mapping to make all ServiceNow applications service-aware using the CSDM framework.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CSDM/CMDB data management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Talent UK are partnered with a fantastic customer-focused and innovative client based in Liverpool, they are looking for an Operational Compliance Lead to be responsible for the delivery of processes within the Operational Compliance function.

The role will focus on ensuring that customer risk is identified, assessed, and acted upon in a consistent and timely manner. You will have line management responsibility for a team of KYC Analysts ensuring high levels of performance and output.

Responsibilties:

Team Leadership – Lead, motivate, and coach a team of KYC analysts to deliver outstanding service and meet performance targets.

Operational Efficiency – Streamline and optimise Compliance operational processes to ensure efficient acknowledgement of customer risk, prompt review and action.

Performance Monitoring – Implement KPIs and metrics to track the performance of the operational team and develop strategies for improvement.

Training and Development – Identify training needs and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Experience needed:

Experience of leading teams within an operational setting

Experience of working within a regulated industry preferrable but not essential.

Understanding of performance reporting and KPI tracking

Experience of creation and implementation of training plans.

Experience within Finance, Insurance or Contact Centers (Desirable)

Contract Data Systems Analyst

We’re looking for a skilled Contract Data Analyst to join our leading client within the Legal sector. You will be working on a Systems Implementation and Data Cleansing Project.

The contract will be an inital 3 months with a potential requirement for 6 months of work. The budget is between £350-450 per day, outside IR35. Our client are based in the North West and candidates would be required to visit the office on a hybrid basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex data sets to extract valuable insights and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Partner for Windows and other analytical tools.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis.
  • Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst with expertise in Partner for Windows.
  • Case Management and Practice Management experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • SQL Architecture Experience.

Senior Cloud Engineer - Azure DevOps

We’ve got a whole host of exciting projects centred around our infrastructure and we need some specialist help from a seasoned contractor.

If you’ve got the following experience, I’d love to hear from you:

  • Azure DevOps, including the build, maintenance and improvement of CI/CD pipelines
  • Working with a hybrid Azure tenant with some infrastructure in physical data centres and the complexities therein.
  • GitOps experience
  • Azure Landing Zone
  • IAC – Arm and BICEP
  • DevSecOps thought processes
  • Strong collaboration with the software development teams
  • Champion of Cloud Operations, DevOps and SRE principles, approaches and best practices
  • AZ-104 at a minimum level of Azure qualification (or an older MCSE Cloud Architect qualification).
  • AZ-400 as a qualification or can demonstrate working towards that.
  • Powershell & Bash scripting
