Hiring infrastructure talent for M&A projects
We’ve hired tech and digital talent for all sort of projects at Davies Group. One of them was an M&A project that needed a team of 10-15 infrastructure specialists mobilised quickly. We got started straight away and within 8 hours had our first shortlist submitted so that the hiring manages could review while we got our second shortlist done the next day. The team were on the project within a matter of weeks and ready to hit the ground running.

The M&A environment is fast paced requiring agility to flex approach, and often planning on resource and capacity can be a real challenge. Our resource model is structured with both permanent and contract resource, and is multi-geo. The team have been hugely helpful in supporting our project delivery needs for M&A and Post-Merger Integration (PMI) with prompt action, response and a high success rate from interview to placement.
Team have opened up connections to the wider Talent International recruitment teams outside of the UK and continue to manage these processes locally to provide single points of contact for us. I am almost reluctant to give such high praise in this space because I don’t want to share the great candidates that have been sourced.
